Looks fun! You're smart to have gotten a carrier right off. I've now wanted one with both my girls but we just haven't gotten one yet...been making do with a "snuggli" that my parents are letting us borrow. It's the one they used for us when we were kids--SO outdated! But the only real downside of it being old is that it's not very "high tech" so it's hard to put on by yourself. It's worked when we've needed it, but I think I'm going to have to give in next time around! Enjoy your walks!
